Step 1:- Open an Image File

Choose File>Open. Explore the organizer that contains your record at that point select the title of the record you need to open.

We’re gonna be using this image was taken at, Download this image from the pixel.

Step 2: Create a New Layer for Background

Go to Layer>New>Layer from Background. Give the new layer name fish eye effect.

Step 3:-Elliptical Marquee Tool

Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool from the left, also you have to select the fixed ratio from Style in the title bar, or the feather is about 40%.

You can enter value 40 for the feather edges Radius to get a smooth selection.

Step 4: Draw a Circle Selection

Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool. If you hold a shift while making this selection, you can get a perfect circle. you’ll utilize the bolt keys on your console to move your determination. The area inside the circle will be used for this effect, so pick the correct placement.

On the off chance that you need to move the choice, tap any place interior the determination, and after that drag to the position you need.

Step 5:-Ctrl+ J create a new layer

Press Ctrl+ J(Layer>New>Layer via copy) to create a new layer with the selection inside the circle only.

Step 6:- Fill in the background

New fill layer > Solid color.

I need a dark foundation, but you’ll be able to utilize any color you need.

Drag the color fill layer down (below the circle layer).

or

Fill the choice with the dark by aiming to alter > fill with FG color.

Right-click on the layer 3 option and convert it into a smart object.

Select the move tool and Ctrl + T.

Step 7:-Add Spherize

Go to Filter > Distort > Spherize

I want the effect to be more extreme, so I’ll add an extra Spherize layer.

Drag the amount slider to 100% and Mode: Normal.

Add a soft black edge between the image and the outer area using the inner glow Layer style.

You can also keep it like this.

I repeat the steps we just did it.

You can still adjust the amount or distortion by double-clicking on ‘Spherize’ in your layer panel.

Too, in case you need to alter the shape of your circle at that point go to the layer alternative at that point right tap on it at that point select Rasterize the layer.

Step 8:-Add Inner glow

Double-click on the sphere layer to open the layer style panel.

Select the ‘Inner glow’. You can also adjust the opacity or noise.

Use black color because the background color is black.

Include the Edit device by selecting it from the toolbar on the cleared-out. In the options bar, choose 1 x 1 (Square), Move the crop border using your mouse or the arrow keys, Click the checkmark in the options bar or press Enter.
